The Bellaire Culture and Arts Board is hosting the popular "Arts and Crafts Festival" at Paseo Park on Saturday, November 12th; perfect timing for the start of the Holiday Season!

Parking is available at Condit Elementary School, Bellaire Water Tower Lot, and Fifth Street near Bellaire Recreation Center.

The aim is to recreate the atmosphere of the old event dating back to 1972, in the original setting of Paseo Park. The festival was renowned for its mix of quirky artwork and local patronage.
